With three preload adjustment settings on the front plate—High (H), Medium (M), and Low (L)—the clutch can be easily tuned to suit different track conditions and engine outputs. Additionally, the optional 1.1mm spring further expands setup combinations, giving you the flexibility to perfectly match your driving style and track conditions.

32mm for Kyosho, Hot Bodies, Serpent, Xray.

34mm for SWORKZ, Team Associated, Team Losi, Mugen, Agama.

Clutch Spring Adjustments for Custom Performance

You can further fine-tune the clutch’s performance by adjusting the spring preload through the clutch plate, which features three settings: L (low), M (medium), and H (high). Additionally, changing the spring diameter between 1.0mm and 1.1mm allows for even more customization. Typically, 1.0mm springs are used for 1/8 buggies, while 1/8 truggies or high-grip conditions benefit from a combination of 2x 1.0mm and 2x 1.1mm springs or even a full set of 4x 1.1mm springs for maximum stiffness.
