This is an optional Tekno RC Lightened 44 Tooth Hardened Steel Spur Gear replaces the stock plastic spur gear (TKR9237). This Hardened steel spur will never get dirt or small pebbles in bedded in it like its plastic counter part.

Note: Your car will be noticeably louder with this spur gear and we recommend replacing your Pinion when installing a metal spur to get the best possible mesh and smoothest/quietest result.
