This is a replacement set of two 6X12X4mm Ball Bearings for use with the XB2 Off-Road Buggy and XT2 Off-Road Truggy Kits. These ball-bearings have more (and larger) balls inside the cage than the regular ball-bearings, making them much more resilient under loads.
