XB8 Rear lower suspension arms molded from an extra-hard composite mixture.
The specially-formulated composite material allows for a very light yet
very durable suspension arm that can withstand the rigors of
high-performance racing and makes the car easier to drive. Marked with
“XH” for easy identification.
After
extensive testing of dozens of different hard composite mixtures, the
factory team identified this new blend as the choice for mass
production. The new extra hard suspension arm is specifically designed to be
used in extremely hot conditions of high grip. The new harder composite will reduce
flex and deformation in these extreme heat conditions, however, due to
the reduced flex, they are also less resistant to extreme impacts.
